I had a great stay at the hotel, feeling safe as a woman traveling alone with my kids. The staff was friendly and the location was perfect, within walking distance of Winter Wonderland and shops and restaurants. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were warm, providing a cozy place to relax. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, a great way to start the day. The hotel was also conveniently located near Hyde Park, making it easy to attend concerts or other events.

Location was great, right near public transportation and attractions. Room was surprisingly clean and well-maintained, with fresh sheets. The receptionist was helpful and accommodating, addressing any concerns promptly. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was superb, with convenient access to train and underground stations. It was also great that there was an express service from the airport to the hotel. Another advantage was the delicious breakfast, with friendly staff always ready to serve and cater to your preferences.
I was highly disappointed with the cleanliness of the rooms. The blankets were dirty and the mattresses felt old and uncomfortable.

Great location, close to underground station and city center. Helpful day staff. Excellent breakfast. Comfy, quiet room with better sleep. Convenient for transport and walking distance to Oxford Street.
